New partnership with Centrepoint
We're proud to be working with the UK’s leading youth charity, supporting 16-25 year olds impacted by homelessness. Centrepoint's Independent Living programme aims to raise over £16m to help deliver the homes and support desperately needed to get young people off the streets. We want to raise £50,000 to pay for one of a number of modular units in London and would welcome any help from you or your organisations.

New project funded
We've completed a new loan facility of £15.0m loan to Gage Properties for the acquisition and development of 9 units within the established Taplow Riverside development by Berkeley Homes in South Bucks. This gorgeous high-end development targets affluent Londoners looking to relocate as a consequence of the pandemic.
