New project funded
We're pleased to announce a new development being funded - a loan facility of £5.1m for the acquisition the acquisition and re-development of an existing asset in the affluent London suburb of Kingston Upon Thames. We're happy to be funding Litchfield Development's project of 9 residential units with parking and B1 office space.
 
 

New Equity Rolodex opportunity
Equity is being raised as part of the Kingston project. The sponsor is offering investors priority returns and, as always, Hilltop Principals are co-investing 10% of the total equity raised.
